My baby is 4 months old and I don't have sufficient breast milk to feed her. Please let me know what i can feed as a complementary for breast milk?? As per my friends suggestion I am planning to give Nan Pro formula milk to my baby. Is it good??

you try and relax and take care of your diet for proper lactation. If there is need to give top feed, you can gradually start with top feed. Start by replacing one of your feeds with top feed. You can start with a lesser amount of 50 ml or so and then gradually increase the amounts according to child's acceptance. Formula milk is made of animal milk only and has added nutrients to match it most closely with breast milk. You may give nan pro or any reputed brand's formula milk. You can also read the following blog to help you decide on the type of milk All the best and do keep us posted.
