My baby is 4 months old now she is taking breastfed. I am trying to give a formula milk( lactogen -1) but she is refusing bottle feeding . i am tired of giving formula milk .suggest me some tips or els any other option because from next month I have to go back to my work.

if you are lactating sufficiently to meet your child's need, you may not start with any top feed. You can express the milk with pump or manually and it can be fed to your child. Otherwise, if there is need to give top feed,you can gradually start with top feed. Start by replacing one of your feeds with top feed. You can start with a lesser amount of 50 ml or so and then gradually increase the amounts according to child's acceptance. Formula milk is made of animal milk only and has added nutrients to match it most closely with breast milk. Some prefer fresh animal milk (not cow's) over formula milk. Packet milk is pasteurised animal milk only which is more hygienically packed and hence safer. You can also read the following blog to help you decide on the type of milk
