my child is 3year10months older and she is anemic so I give her beetroot, carrot juices etc, but she doesn't intake them in a glass of milk if I mix one drop of juice then she'll refuse to drink whatever she likes she'll eat but I won't force her to take her just guide me how to manage her to eat what is nutritious for her even she doesn't like fruits what to do?

Answer:
good source of iron are dark green leafy vegetables, bajra, dalia, balck chana, soybean, rajmah, raisins, dates, jaggeryeggs, liver meat etc. Beetroot/carrot juice may otherwise be healthy but are not good source of iron.
