for low levels of haemoglobin, iron supplements under medical supervision needs to be given. You can take advice of your paediatrician regarding the dosage and duration for which these supplements need to be given. Include dark green leafy vegetables, whole dried beans, black chana, soybean, bajra, organ meat especially liver, citrus fruits etc. Hope this helps.
