my daughter 4yrs old is a fussy eater... her daily routine is 4 spoons of milk and 1 dosa(forcefully).. lunch and dinner dal rice... she eats only raw carrot in veggies and she will eat banana sometimes... no other veggies or fruits... she like soaked and boiled channa for snacks in school. if I try to introduce others,she will stop eating completely... also 1 dairy milk... pls suggest..

don't force feed the child as the child will vomit and would have negative association with meal times. You can try the following Fix meal times for the child, that is with family meal timings. Keep a gap of at least 2-3 hours between the feeds be it milk or solid. Don't let the child eat in between. Give healthy options, which should be what the family is eating. Try including small portions of new food with her old favourite. Encourage the child to indulge in more outdoor games and activities to increase appetite.
