She will be soon 4. So afternoon nap is not required. Adjust her schedule in such a way that she wakes up between 6.30-7 am. If she is going to school and getting back by noon then let her have a 30 minute nap for a few days. Gradually wean her off. Instead give her a Peaceful indoor play time. She can be with her dolls or go through a book. After an hour of this quiet time she can play noisily or outdoors. Such a quiet time will calm her and restore her energy. Advance her bed time by an hour or more to compensate for the lack of napping. Set a routine where time is allotted for all this- quiet time, outdoor play to channelise energy, any one activity she can be enrolled in like art/ martial art/ etc , learning/hw for an hour or so Early dinner and early to bed will make up for a healthy routine and set in healthy habits too. Kicking up in bed - it is quite common among children. She will get over it. It is time to move her to her own little bed. She will need space to move around in sleep That way she doesn’t disturb you also. It is healthier for children to be in separate beds.
