my daughter is 8 months and am 4 months pregnant. Am concerned about her health, will she be ok. Am not breastfeeding, I put her on formulae some months ago because of work.

As long as the baby weight is growing appropriately, nothing to worry. As the baby has reached 8 months, it is advised to shift to solid feeding along with formula. Here are some of the foods you can give:
You can give porridge of suji, sago, dalia, rice flakes, ragi etc. Fruit smoothie especially made of banana/mango and malai, milk/curd Boiled & mashed potato , boiled sweet potato with a little butter, Scrambled egg yolk with added milk, egg nog or egg added to soup Dal-roti/rice mashed, dalia dal khichdi. Add extra spoon of ghee/butter/oil to their dishes. Fruit yogurt made of full-fat milk, Full-fat milk based puddings like rice kheer/dates& raisins(cooked & mashed) custard/vermicelli kheer/gajar kheer.
