Answer:
Apart from iron supplements, prescribed by your doctor, you may give more of bajra/dalia porridge. Use dates/jaggery to sweeten her food. Do give her green leafy vegetables soup. You should give liver, eggs if non vegetarian . Include beans, soybeans, black chana, citrus fruits, raisins etc in the diet. I hope this helps.
