I hope you are doing well. Fibre- Wholegrains, millets, fruits, vegetables, and pulses. Protein- Pulses,lentils,paneer,milk,curd,nuts and seeds (sunflower/pumpkin). Iron-Green leafy veggies -Nuts and seeds -Nigella seeds (kalonji) -Dried fruits -Tofu -Legumes -Mushrooms -Amaranth -Oats -quinoa -Coconut milk -olives -Potatoes -Soybean -Flaxseeds -Sesame seeds Calcium- Green leafy veggies, milk, paneer, yogurt, cheese, and beans. Here you go :)
