My son 1. 25 years old suffers from food regujutation.. he does eat what I feed him. his regular food is morning 9 am 1/2 glass milk.. 11 am dhal rice with rasam and vegetables. 12. 30 noon yogurt.. 1to 3 sleep 3. 30 pm curd rice.. 5 pm milk.. to 6 pm fruits ...7.30pm one idly or little dosa... 8. 30 rice poddrige... ... Is my menu correct or do I need to change his food style... He doesn't vomit but always has nausea.. please help..

you can reduce the number of feeds to three main meals plus two snacks. Do not focus too much on cereals. Otherwise you are feeding fine. Try keeping a gap of two hours between any meals. If the problem still persists, take advice of your paediatrician.
