You can give him- - Dal chawal - Curd rice - Khichdi - Milk - Fruits - Sauteed veggies - Whole wheat Frankie/wrap - Mini sandwiches - Chillas - Uttapam/ idlis with veggies - Paneer tikki - Roasted makhanas - Home-made bread pizza (occasionally) - Boiled and mashed sweet potato - Avoid all processed, ready to eat, packaged, fried, sugary and high-calorie food :) Use less salt, sugar, and oil in his food. - Keep a check on his portions and make sure he doesn't eat more than required. - Give him enough water in a day.
