My son has completed 7 yrs today his weight is 23kg and in last two months I came to know that he is suffering from heavy deficiency of Vit D which is effecting his bones and teeth. I am taking proper medicine under the guidance of a Doctor but just want if you can suggest something which I can make him eat in vegetarian diet to improve his calcium and Vit D level.

I hope you are doing well. For calcium, there are vegetarian foods that can be given to your child. -Dairy and dairy products -Green leafy veggies -Nuts -Soy milk -Almond milk -Tofu Vitamin D is usually found in non-vegetarian sources and hence you would find foods that are fortified with Vitamin D such as fortified cereals and orange juice(to be given once in a while only).
