a child's weight & height are influenced by his food intake, activity level , hereditary factors etc. Few suggestions for healthy weight gain. Increase intake of milk, curd, cheese, paneer, soybean, dals, beans in the diet. If non vegetarian then give eggs, fish & chicken. Also see that the child is taking enough cereals & fats. Include fruits like banana, mango, cheeku, grapes & dried fruits in daily diet. Hope it helps
