my son is 10 months old and he have rashes red rashes near the susu area my doctor said to put a cream after you change a nappy so I am not able to understand how many days have to put it can I stop it and have any different remedy for this

Use the cream till the rash subsides. Avoid using wipes for some time, if practical use cotton wool and warm water to clean..and leave open to dry . If the rashes are spreading/not responding, get him reviewed by your doctor. I hope these give you some ideas.
