Observe your son and find out when and why is he getting aggressive. Reasons can be many: 1. Is he seeking attention from you? Are you spending enough time with him? 2. Is he able to communicate his feelings to you without you reacting? Encourage communication between you and him. Acknowledge his feelings.Teach him that It is normal to get angry. Keep a pillow for him to punch out his anger. 3. Give him rewards when he behaves well. Remove a treat when he misbehaves. Be firm about this routine till he learns that he cannot get away with aggression. 4. Maybe he needs time and space for himself. can you give this to him? 5. Can you channelize his energy into something creative like art/ martial art/music classes etc? 6. Is all ok at school? I hope this helps.
