My son is 16 months old. Dr. Said give him iron rich diet. Please suggest me what can i give.

apart from iron supplements prescribed by your paediatrician, you may include following foods to boost iron intake Green leafy vegetable soup, bajra (in chapatti and khichdi/porridge form), broken wheat porridge. Give eggs, and if non vegetarian habits then some chicken, mutton etc in soup/stew form. Use jaggery instead of sugar. Do give some fruits like strawberry, watermelon, raisins. Hope this helps.
