my son is 3. 6 years old. he does not take any fruit nor any type of juice. he does not eat vegetables also. the schedule of his day is he takes 1 paratha in morning with little tea, lunch in afternoon , some snacks in evening sometimes and dinner at night and 1 glass full of milk . is this sufficient enough. how should I incalcate his eating habits. I am worried about his nutrition level. please advise. thanks
