my son is 4 years old physically but not mentally he is delayed growth child but he is recovering up now his treatment is continue and Dr said he will be fine at the age of 5 and maximum at the age of 7. issue is that he doesn't eat anything and it's so difficult to introduce new thing and food to him he don't accept it easily. he only eat rice and he loves salted rice , biryani etc he doesn't eat roti and other good food and he also don't east fruits and dry fruits I tried many time but if I put in his mouth he got vomit I am so much worried now

I hope you are doing well. Be patient and keep calm :) He has developed a liking for a few foods and hence doesn't wish to eat other foods. For fruits, you can try giving it to him in the following forms- Custard Fruit yogurt Fruit pudding Mixed fruits with honey drizzle Semolina pudding with fruits You can try these tips as well. Try and experiment with his food. Try to give him different veggies and fruits every day. Always try to sit together for meals so that he sees it and eats it. Make his food more presentable so that he enjoys eating it. Engage him in your talks and try to give him a small quantity at one time. Avoid force-feeding your child. You can try this diet as well :) Breakfast- 1 cup milk + 1 mini sandwich/2 small chilla/1 Bowl veggie oats/1 Beetroot or carrot paratha Mid-morning- 1 Fruit + 1 Tsp peanut butter Lunch- 1 Roti with sabzi or Dal chawal, khichdi and kadhi, Fried rice, vegetable pulao/biryani Snack- 1 Fruit/1 Glass milkshake/Paneer Tikki/home-made bread pizza Dinner- Same as lunch OR 1 Dosa/uttapam/2 idlis/pasta with veggies/wheat noodles with veggies/vegetable daliya Bed-time- 1 Cup milk with nuts powder (almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashew roast, and powder)
