I hope you are doing well. Give your child this diet and follow these tips. Breakfast- 1 glass milk + 1 sandwich/2 small chilla/1 Bowl veggie oats/2 mini Beetroot or carrot paratha Mid-morning- 1 Fruit + 1 Tsp peanut butter Lunch- 2 Roti with sabzi or Dal chawal, khichdi and kadhi, Fried rice , vegetable pulao/biryani Snack- 1 Fruit/1 Glass milkshake/Paneer Tikki/home-made bread pizza/1 Glass smoothie/Mixed fruit bowl/2 Boiled eggs (once in 3 days). Dinner- Same as lunch OR 2 small Dosa/uttapam/2 idlis/pasta with veggies/wheat noodles with veggies/vegetable daliya/1 Frankie/wrap with 1 Bowl mixed vegetable or egg soup/chicken soup Bed-time- 1 Cup milk with nuts powder (almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashew roast, and powder) Try and experiment with his food. Try to give him different veggies and fruits every day. Always try to sit together for meals so that he sees it and eats it. Make his food more presentable so that he enjoys eating it. Engage him in your talks and try to give him a small quantity at one time. Avoid force-feeding your child
