Give him this diet :) Breakfast- 1 Glass milk + 1 sandwich/2 small chilla/1 Bowl veggie oats/2 mini Beetroot or carrot paratha Mid-morning- 1 Fruit + 1 Tsp peanut butter Lunch- 1 Roti with sabzi or Dal chawala,khichdi and kadhi, Fried rice ,vegetable pulav/biryani Snack- 1 Fruit/1 Glass milkshake/Paneer tikki/home-made bread pizza/1 Glass smoothie Dinner- Same as lunch OR 2 mini Dosa/uttapam/2 idlis/pasta with veggies/wheat noodles with veggies/vegetable daliya Bed-time- 1 Cup milk with nuts powder (almonds,walnuts,pistas,cashew roast and powder)
