I hope you are doing well. Please follow these tips and try and give him this diet. Try and experiment with his food. Try to give him different veggies and fruits every day. Always try to sit together for meals so that he sees it and eats it. Make his food more presentable so that he enjoys eating it. Engage him in your talks and try to give him a small quantity at one time. Avoid force-feeding your child. Give her little food at a time. On waking up-Breast milk/formula feed Breakfast- Ragi porridge/oats porridge/daliya porridge/stewed apple/pear/mashed banana Naptime Lunch- Dal soup/Rice kanji or mashed rice mixture/Thin vegetable khichdi/Pureed carrots Breastfeed/formula milk Dinner- Vegetable soup/Mashed potato or sweet potato/Rice kanji/Dal soup/Oats porridge Breast milk
