My son is suffering from cold and cough for 2 weeks nd m giving him torex syrup for cough is that good to cure him?? and he is also vomiting.. So shall I think it is good becoz due to vomiting his mucus is coming out of lungs or I should give him medicines to stop vomiting wat wil b right bcoz he is very thin and whatever he eats he vomits it.. kindly help me by giving reply as soon as possible.
