my twin girls were born a little premature and hence were kept in observation for 3-4 days. in the meantime they were given top feed and now they are not latching on for BF. they are about a month old now and since I am hesitant to give them formula milk as they vomit a lot because of it ( I changed 2 brands also, not it's the same case) I wanted to ask if we can give them diluted cow milk. the cow shed is right ahead of my house so we can ensure that the milk is not contaminated in anyways. kindly suggest.

cow's milk is not recommended toa baby under one year of age as it may give allergy. Babies especially being premature should only be either breastfed or given special formula milk for preterm babies. You can also express your milk and feed them with a sterilised spoon and katori/bowl. Please take advice of your paediatrician/neonatologist on this.
