nutrition Corner

for constipation both fluid and fiber intake has to be increased. For that Give more water. Include fluids like coconut water, lemon water, juices, soups etc. Give dals with husk and legumes/beans daily. Do give whole cereals like dalia, brown rice, bajra, ragi, rice flakes etc. Give plenty of fruits & vegetables. Avoid refined cereals & maida products like bread, buns, kulcha, naan etc. Hope it helps.
