Your wife's diet should be rich in high finer foods, lean proteins and certain phytonutrients. For this include foods, like, yellow-range and green coloured veggies and fruits, beans, like rajma, dals, sprouted dals, egg, milk, paneer, dahi and nuts like almonds. Eat 5-6 small meals in a day and not to keep long gaps between two meals. Avoid eating processed, ready to eat and junk food containing excess of salt, sugar and unhealthy fats and Include some light exercise in daily regime.
