Hope you are doing well. Here is a diet. You can incorporate chicken and egg accordingly Breakfast- 1 Cup milk + 1 mini sandwich/2 small chilla/1 Bowl veggie oats/1 Beetroot or carrot paratha/1 Egg sandwich/Moong and paneer sandwich Mid-morning- 1 Fruit + 1 Tsp peanut butter Lunch- 1 Roti with sabzi or Dal chawala,khichdi and kadhi,Fried rice ,vegetable pulav/biryani (could be chicken or egg pulav or biryani) Snack- 1 Fruit/1 Glass milkshake/Paneer tikki/home-made bread pizza Dinner- Same as lunch OR 1 Dosa/uttapam/2 idlis/pasta with veggies/wheat noodles with veggies/vegetable daliya/Frankie roll/Chicken soup with rice/Egg drop soup Bed-time- 1 Cup milk with nuts powder (almonds,walnuts,pistas,cashew roast and powder)
