pls suggest every day meal chart for my 10 years old daughter.. despite of giving every thing nutritious she isn't gaining weight.. what to do?

Dont worry about wait if she is healthy fine,morning,idlis,dosa,uppuma,like that with chutney,or bread omlette,with milk, afternoon 2 cups rice with dhall,ghee, rasm,curd,2 vegetables,evening a cup of sundal,or sprouts,or one whole fruit,night 3 chapathis,or again rice with vegetables,night 1 banana and milk.
