Pregnancy 5month starting today but m suffering from constipation how to deal with it. Though I eat fruits and 3lt of water per day

for constipation both fluid and fiber intake has to be increased. For that take more water and include fluids like coconut water, lemon water, juices, soups etc. Take dals with husk and legumes/beans daily. Do take whole cereals like dalia, brown rice, ragi, rice flakes etc. Take plenty of fruits & vegetables. Avoid refined cereals & maida products like bread, buns, kulcha, naan etc. Hope it helps.
