presently im 26 week pregnent can i take walnuts & others dry fruits. if yes how much& time n which is the best for my baby.

You can have 2-3 pieces each of nuts like walnuts, almonds and dried fruits like dates, figs. You can even take them soaked. However if you any discomfort with any of nuts/dried fruits, you can avoid it.
