Hi Manoj, nutrition wise dried fruits and nuts are healthy options and are good source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. You can have 2-3 pieces each of nuts like walnuts, almonds and dried fruits like dates, figs. You can even take them soaked. However if you any discomfort with any of nuts/dried fruits, you can avoid it.
