I hope you are well. Aap diet me ye foods add karein aur agar muscle pain aur spasm zyada ho to doctor ko batayein. Aap jab bacche ko feed karti hai to shayad aapka posture theek nahi rehta hai jiski wajah se aapko shoulders me pain hota hai. -Whole grains -Garlic -Green leafy veggies -Ginger -Fenugreek seeds or methi -Nuts and seeds -Oats -Barley -Fennel seeds (Saunf) -Cumin seeds -Star anise seeds (badiyan ka phool) -Sesame seeds -Turmeric -Drumsticks -Carrots -Black sesame seeds -Salmon fish -Sweet potato -basil or tulsi Aap coconut water, lemon water, buttermilk aur zyada se zyada pani piye :)
