hi Mala , you may begin with deep breathing meditation . where in you sit with back straight , breathe through your nose and exhale through your mouth using out as much air as possible and while contracting your abdominal muscles. Do this for 5 min every day and gradually increase the duration > Also for better and more clear advise on yogic exercises you may also consult a Yoga trainer .
