this is my second pregnancy. now I m 30th week. I m facing issue of gestational diabetes. in first pregnancy. it was controlled through diet management. but this time I m unable to control it through diet. I want to know the implications of gestational diabetes on pregnancy during delivery and on child after birth.

If diabetes is not controlled with diet alone, then you should consult your doctor for prescription of appropriate medication for the same. It is very important to have the blood sugars controlled.
