Weaning diet for 4months old baby

For a four month old baby you may start with following Strained vegetables soup ( do include some green leafy vegetable). Carrot, ghia, beans, lauki, pumpkin, spinach, chulai etc Strained fruit juice. Apple, litchi, melon, mausami. The vegetables & fruits should be thoroughly washed. Do not add any salt or seasoning to the soup. Make sure vegetables are well cooked. For juice it should not be sour. Start with a spoon or two and gradually increase the quantity Hope it helps.
