Include variety of foods in your diet. Include cereals like khichdi, whole wheat, rice, oats, barley, dalia, bajra etc. Include lots of green leafy and other vegetables , variety of fruits, dals, milk and milk products, eggs etc. Take nuts and seeds like almonds,cashewnuts, sesame seeds/til, flaxseeds, dates , raisins , pumpkin seeds etc. Also, when you breastfeed, you need to drink more water to replace the fluid used in breast milk.
