Hi Prince Arshid, Instead of ready-made foods go for healthy home-made balanced foods. To help your child gain weight, include high calorie fruits and veggies like, bananas, pears, peaches, sweet potatoes and avocados. Also, include whole dairy products, like, cheese, paneer yogurt and add them to all the recipes. Even by adding boiled potatoes, grains like ragi, bajra, oats, dailya, to various foods the calorie content can be increased. Also foods like eggs, beans, dals etc help in healthy weight gain. Giving small feeds made of healthy foods and feeding more frequently makes baby eat more amount of food in a day and that helps in healthy weight gain.
