I hope you are doing well. Your gynecologist should be able to guide you on the multivitamins you need to take. You require every nutrient to heal and overcome weakness. Make sure you add enough protein to the diet ( dairy products, lean meat, eggs, pulses, nuts). Add fiber to the diet as it can reduce the feeling of weakness and can strengthen your digestive system (fruits, vegetables, daliya, barley, ragi). You need Iron and folate in your diet ( green leafy veggies, beans, peas, carrots). Add enough vitamin C to the diet (citrus fruits, green leafy veggies. Calcium is required too ( dairy products, nuts, oranges, seeds (pumpkin, chia), green leafy veggies).
