you must ensure to give enough fluids both in plain water form and as juice, soup, milk shakes, buttermilk etc. Do give seasonal fruits like watermelon, melons,and water based vegetables like gourds, cucumber, pumpkin etc. Avoid fried, spicy foods. Do include curd in the diet.Some options can be mashed rice/khichri with curd/buttermilk, fruit shakes, fruit lassi etc. Try giving water/fluids in every 1 or 1&1/2 hours. Hope this helps.
