there is no absolute weight for the babies below one year of age which is considered healthy. There is a range of weight and generally birth weight of the baby is considered. If the baby doubles her birth weight by 5 months, it means the weight gain is good. You need to eat a balanced diet yourself to provide enough to the baby. If your baby is gaining weight it means she is taking enough milk. A baby may take breastfeed for the sense of security too, so it is okay if she takes the feed despite her stomach being full.
