Breast milk supply will increase by eating healthy, both during pregnancy and lactation period. During pregnancy, follow the tips given below- - Eat 5-6 small meals in a day -Do not keep yourself starved or Do not keep long gaps between two meals. - Include Healthy carbs in every meal, like whole grain breads, cereals, ragi, jowl, atta and dal flour. -Include proteins in every meal in the form of meals, dals, beans, egg/meat & dairy like paneer or cheese/dahi. - Drink atleast 2-3 cups of milk in a day. - Include Nuts and seeds and eat handful in a day, mainly in between meals whenever hungry. - Include variety of fruits and veggies.
