While breast feeding should we nurse both the breast or one at a time? In some sites I have read if we give both at a time baby will not get the hind milk they will receive only the foremilk, on the other side if we give one side the ducts in other will get blocked. please advice which is the correct way to nurse

Answer:
The correct way is to feed from both the sides and feed for longer time on each side. By putting baby on each breast for atlas 5-7 min , baby will get both fore and hind milk. It is very important for baby to get Hind milk as its richer and fuller milk and will help in healthy growth. So feed from both the sides in one feed
