Hello ma'am I am thyroid patient since last year(my weight is 49kg)....my cycle is not regular since than...it comes before 3-4 days now....and I fell some changes also ....as I sweat very bad now, my hair are falling and become thin, I get tired soon....m taking thyroid table (50 mg) daily...as also these things are happening to me so I decided to start yoga 6 days ago.... I have two questions to ask.... * Can I do YOGA during periods?? * Could you please suggest be some food supplement like vitamins or something else ???

Hi Doctor, My baby dob 6th dec 2019 she is 7 month old. Day before yesterday night she vomit milk and then poop after that she was vary canky and irritable next day. Since yesterday she is having fever temprature 99 to 99.7 approx every after 6 hrs. I am giving paracetamol to her.
