Hello Madam !! post pregnancy C section in year 2016 my wife age 32 hair started falling and lot of stress is there,whole muscles body paining , and unable to sleep also.She is drinking milk 2 times a day and eating green vegetables also. It is due to work pressure or some deficiency of calcium and vitamins e.g like Vitamin B12 ,kindly suggest possible causes and if u can suggest calcium and vitamins tablets as per my problems and some hair oil to prevent hair fall.

Hi, I am Sarita (37years) with a baby of 8years. I undewent Open Multiple Myomectomy 1year back. My Ultrasound after 3 months of surgery showed everything normal with focal irregularity of endometrial outline in fundal region and upper part of uterus on right side. I want to conceive now but looking at COVID 19 situation I am in dilemma whether I should plan it now or should wait for few more months. Also I am afraid as I don't know whether this pregnancy will be normal ot not after the surgery. Please guide.
