dr my son was born as premiee baby with 645 gms and stayed for 100 days in NICU, by the grace of god everything is fine, he expresses as alot whatever he wants but still do not talk sometimes rareky say papa, bus, plane sort of words, i m worrying how to tackle him and his current weight is 9.3 kg ..height 81 percentile. he is now 2 yrs old

My son was almost 3 kg when born. His weight was 6 kg at 3 months. Now he is 4 months but his weight is not increasing according to the chart. What should I do.
