Hello Ma'am! My girl who will be 12 years old soon says she can't study during daytime. She is awake till 3. 30-4 am at night to study. The next day she finds it difficult to be awake on time and even focus on the online classes and sometimes even sleeps in between .Since I am a working mother , it's difficult for me to keep a tab on her at night. What can be done to change her study habits?

My son who is 10 years old while studying listens to loud music with headphones on. He has acquired this habit ,in past one year. Is this the right way of studying? Would he be able to grasp concepts and retain the information this way and get good grades in class?

My girls aged 11 and 7 years respectively have online classes getting started at almost the same time. But lil one's classes get over early and she would immediately log in to games site and start playing. This irks me elder one and she would stop focusing on studies and either continue to play herself or they both start arguing. Ma'am my son can't focus on online classes for more than 5 minutes. He would remain fidgety and play with camera and other options like emoticons , raise hands, present screen. When I start teaching him for some time he listens very well .after that he shows tantrums. Tell me tips mam.
