Developmental Delays and ASD in Children

My child id 5 month old completely bm since 3 days she has hardly pee for 5 times is it normal or have to worry?

My son will be turning 2 years next month, he is still not able to chew food, he can't eat solid food, I need to mash everything for him, I tried many things like giving pieces of fruits and vegetables, but he never tries to chew, he just liks it and throw way and he never feel hungry too, even I skip his meal, he never asks for food, he even goes to sleep without eating, he is not even gaining weight, he is 23 months old and weights 10 kgs, Please suggest me something, what can i do that he feels hungry and start chewing and how can i put on his weight??

My baby boy 3.5 yrs do not still in one place and gt easily distracted by things around him. we as a parent tried educate him and tried to put off TV,mobiles when he is writing /reading something and sometimes behaving stubborn kindly suggest possible things at home so that we can overcome our above problems. My son is almost going to 7 years old, speech therapist assessed he has mreld, psychologhist assessed as mild or no features of ASD, Occupatianal therapist assessed as pervasive Dev. delay. Anyhow I cannot go through it, am a mother I want to solve his problems, and his receptive and reasonings are delay, for this am working with him to develope his skills through moral stories teaching.. yesterday I sat with him for 2 hours as simple fox and grapes story, he unable to recall and tell.. how could I bring him to the next level. He can read verbally his books/ stories, but he cannot narrate a simple stories also.. pls bring some tips to enhance this.. by showing picture , able to narrate a story...due to lockdown he s playing GTA/Minecraft/ subway surfer games and Tamil kids tv. Is it ok.. he cannot conversation with anybody he asks only his needs.
