Developmental Delays and ASD in Children

My daughter eats well but her weight isn't increasing ... Please suggest me something

My daughter too much teases me in eating meal, like sagudqna, khichdi etc. Even the things which she liked such as sagudqna. But not eating now a days n show her anger too much.

Good evening mam, My 4year old son is very stubborn,every time he dont want to listen any thing from me,always teasing others ,others doesnot want to tolerate him,i feel bad about it,he always mis behaving with me infront of our elders,hewas showing tanturms infront of others.iam v.v.v worried about his behaviour what should i do please support me.what to do.

My daughter still likes to swallow food though she chews some items like french fries, biscuit, dryfruit but when we try to give her dalia, khichdi she still wants it is a very liquid form so that it is easy to swallow. Please advice how to improve on this situation

Doc my son is facing speech delay. He has nowadays trying to speak some difficult words after his online nursery has began. He speaks most of the words but they sound diffrent. For orange he says ofeng most of his R are always silent. Is he facing some major developmental issue I am worried. Also he doesnt sits in one place if we ask him to if anyone of our relatives or his school teacher asks him too.

My baby is 3months now. She will look at us only when she is on bed. And smiles too.. makes sounds like guu, ohh. She follows rattle movements. Do I need to worry since she is not looking at us when held.
