How To Inculcate Discipline In Your Child

I want to know is it okay to spank a child at times, if he refuses to listen to instructions completely. If no, then what are better ways of disciplining a child. My children are 10 and 7 respectively. They are giving me a hard time sitting at home and everyday is a struggle nowadays.

Mera beta 12 saal ka hai. Woh jab jo mann karta hai tab woh karta hai. Koi bhi kaam time par nahi karta hai. Uska homework kabhi bhi time par submit nahi hota .online classes bed par attend karta hai. Raat mai bhut late sota hai aur phone par laga rehta hai. kuch kehne par jor se chillata hai. Mai kaise usey discipline kar sakti hoon.
