How long to provide formula milk in addition to daily normal foods.. My child doesn't wants to drink water... So we are forced to provide him cow milk with formula milk mixed with water in 1:3 ratio as substutue to water... Does this have connection with delay in speech. ??

Madam both my son and daughter catch cold and cough and do vomitings 3-4 times in a month . They are 4 year old twins. Due to which they don't feel like eating and are underweight. Can I add ghee to their food? How many spoons of a ghee can be added in a day? Also please give tips so that they don't fall sick so often.

My 3 year old daughter is so sensitive that if someone at home has cold, she would be the first one to catch the infection, no matter how hard we try to protect her. She has poor immunity. Kindly share some names of some herbs that will protect her from catching the infection.

Can banana be given to a child who has cough often? The only fruit my 5 year child likes is banana. She has 4-5 banana at a go but doesn't eat dals and veggies properly. Is it okay to give banana in cough? I met an Ayurvedic doctor and he told that my daughter has Kapha dosh due to which she has cough often. What can be done to treat this cough?

Namaste Madam! Please give some suggestions for dishes that can be included in the breakfast to kick start a child's day, dishes which are nutritious and easy to cook as well. My children are 10 and 8 years old respectively. We are a working couple and don't get enough time to prepare elaborate meals. Thanks for your valuable inputs. I have been watching this live and I find it really useful!
