My 11 year old daughter has unaligned teeth due to which braces were put on last year. But now further procedure can't be done as 4 of her milk teeth still haven't fallen down. Doctor suggests that these need to be extracted? Is it okay to get these teeth manually extracted rather than waiting for these to come out naturally?

My daughter is about to turn 6, at the age of 2.5 year she had gone for a root canal on her upper and lower front teeth. a few days back i saw small swelling on the gums of her canine teeth and also there was a small spot in yellow color, when accidentally pressed , a small amount of blood came twice thrice. Give the covid thing I was not okay to take her to the dentist and I started making her gargle with water (guava leaves boiled in water with salt) and I saw that swelling was gone. She never complained of any pain. Do i need to worry about this?
