Handling Mobile Addiction & Aggression

Hello doctor. Due to online studies I have to give my10 years old son a separate mobile. But he is taking undue advantage. During school break also he wants to be on mobile. Not following timetable for studies. And speaking very loudly.

My child who is 8 and a half years old now, doens't want to leave mobile once his online classes are over everyday. His screen time has gone all time high and is close to 14-16 hours a day including the online classes. I get busy with household chores and is not able to keep a track of what he is doing. he is getting addicted to gadgets and I see no way out to make him get rid of his this habit. please suggest a way out.

Mera beta 7 saal ka hai. Woh 24 mai se 18 hours games khelta hai laptop par aur bilkul nahi padta. Samyein par koi kaam nahi karta. Baar baar yaad dilane par bhi nahi sunta. Mai kaise usey samyein ka palan karna sikha sakti hoon, aur kya karu jissey woh meri baat sunney lagey.

Hello doctor, My 2 and half years boy is addicted by the cartoon character t-rex(dinosaur). he is thinking himself as a t-rex and behaving like that. like screaming, walking and sometimes he bites his sister and others. in the night time he murmers t-rex. I can understand it's totally our mistake. I have blocked all the videos related to dinosaurs. last six months he is being like very angry person. should I concern about it. ? please suggest how can I change him.
